About the Role

Our small but growing business is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to help with a variety of tasks. You'll need to have experience being an integral part of a small business and will be in charge of meeting our needs for administrative support, acting as the liaison between clients and work teams, handling client inquiries and performing a variety of other duties. We are a friendly team and are looking for someone who wants to grow with our business.

Requirements

Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Schedule client appointments and manage calendars

  • Answer phone calls, emails and take messages

  • Good computer literacy, communication skills, organizational skills are a must

  • Must be able to drive and have own transportation

  • Reliable, trustworthy and organized

  • Enjoy working with the public 

  • Personable, bright and happy personality

  • Enjoy working as a team

  • Ad hoc duties as required to help with the running of the clinic
